Each of our bespoke cushions are handmade to order with careful attention to detail.
Please allow 2 -3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping: Once completed, orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Tracked. with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Return Policy

Each of our cushions are custom-made to your specifications, including size and trim choices. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours after purchase —after this time, fabrics may have been cut, and production will be underway.
